HYDERABAD MAY 16: Many recruitment agencies are face challenges in identifying the skills required for those jobs when they are hired by the Freshers immediately after the completion of the study.

By observing the Resumes which are attached to the application, they are unable to assume their capabilities, They said.

This was revealed in a survey on the topic of Wisdom Jobs 'New Employee Appointments: Challenges Faced by Companies'. The survey was attended by over 850 companies from 10 cities and 10 sectors/industries.

* 65% of companies saying that assessment of a person based on the resume is challenging.

* Up to 70% are very low level at expression skills in those who are applying for the job.

* 57% of the companies said that those who are coming for Jobs after completion of their Engineering are not having Coding skills and Technology.

* They also said that Students are creating resumes with extra Qualifications which they are not having, fake certificates, project reports, and internships also with fake 18 percent companies said.

* 36 percent of the respondents said BSc, BA, and BCom was less effective in the study, while 40 percent companies were unsatisfied with MSC, MA, and MCOM.

* 27 percent of Companies said that the knowledge required for MBA students is low.

* Nearly 70 percent of the jobmakers need to improve their skills in writing and Speaking.

* 45% of recruitment agencies say that most of them do not even know how to work on MS Office.

* Freshers were failing to meet their goal, they were highly evaluating their capabilities and were struggling to work in the Group they said. 37 percent of the respondents said they were thinking about the wages in the workplace and in the early stages, and that there was no proper target for their career, 37 Companies said.

* More than 40 percent of the students who studied in metro cities are not eligible for major subjects (core skills). 38 percent of respondents expressed their satisfaction over the employees recruited from Hyderabad.
