Martyrs family insulted in UP

Deoria, MAY 15: An insult to Martyr's family occurred on Sunday when UP CM has met the family. The local officials had installed air conditioners, put up new curtains, sofas, and carpets in the jawan's house before the CMs visit to the family.

A day before his visit, dusty roads in the village were cleaned and drains which remained open every day were closed. We know that our brave soldier Prem Sagar was martyred by Pak Army at LOC border recently.

We also know that Sagar’s family had refused to cremate his body, insisting that the chief minister visits them. but they agreed to hold the last rites only after the chief minister spoke to them.

Adityanath has visited Sagar’s family on May 12 to offer condolences and he presented a cheque for Rs 4 lakh to the family. The CM has also promised employment to soldiers children.



The chief minister said that a shaheed smarak (martyr’s memorial) and girls inter college would be set up in the village. Soldiers family has claimed that officials have removed all the expensive items after he had left their house.

Finally, he expressed his regret on behalf of his officials for Installing AC in their house and assured such insults don't occur in the future.
