Woman ablaze to death,while electric wire touch the Car

Hyderabad, May 13: Here a tragic incident has occurred, while a woman was ablaze to death after the car in which she was travelling caught fire at Yacharam here late on Friday.

While coming to details, the deceased Chandrakala(40), a private employee from Hyderabad, who was traveling from Kukatpally to Takkallapally village in Ranga Reddy district along with her family members to visit her sister.

"When the car reached Yacharam around 8 p.m., a high-tension electrical wire snapped and fell on the car, leading to a fire," police said, adding that of the total six members, five escaped while Chandrakala was trapped in the car.

"A person travelling on the same road, Jagan who noticed the spark on the car, went to help them. He used a towel to open the doors of the car and warned everyone not to touch any parts of the car," the Inspector added.

While everyone came out of the car safely including Chandrakala's husband who was driving the car and her children sitting on the back seat. But Chandrakala mistakenly touched the handle of the car while coming out from the front seat.

"She got electrocuted and soon after that the car caught fire along with Chandrakala," said Inspector Mohan.

Yacharam police have registered a case and are investigating.
