Nalgonda MP alleged on congress leader

Nalgonda, May 1: The Nalgonda MP Gutha Sukender Reddy has strongly alleged on congress leader Komatireddy Venkat Reddy terming the TRS government as anti-farmers.

The Minister Sukender said that the welfare of farmers was a priority for the government, which waived off crop loans. Also, Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao announced Rs 4,000 per acre for fertilizers.

He also alleged on Congress leader Komatireddy Venkat Reddy and stated that,"His comments are senseless", he added.

The farmers were happy with no power cut and irrigation facility for two crop seasons in the State. He questioned if Uttam saw these measures as anti-farmers.



Sukender said Congress leaders make irrelevant allegations against the TRS government to gain political mileage. Referring to their remarks that the recent TRS meeting at Warangal failed, the Nalgonda MP questioned is a gathering of 15 lakh people is called a failure.

People and farmers voluntarily attended the meeting because of the Chief Minister's welfare measures.

Hitting back at the opposition party, Sukender said hardly 50,000 people attended a Congress meeting back in 2014 at Nizam College in Hyderabad in 2014. The meeting was called to thank party president Sonia Gandhi after the formation of Telangana.

Strongly reacting to the "personal" comments made by Congress Legislature Party deputy leader Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, Sukender urged him not to do so.
