Pollution risk @Hyderabad

Hyderabad May 1: The people of villages located in the suburbs of the greater Hyderabad are facing greater pollution risk.

The details are as follows:

There has been open dumping yard located in Bachupally village. Daily tons of waste is being dumped here.
During nights some people burn the waste located in the dumping yard.

Due to the above acts, the waste forms as a layer in the air and the residents are getting breathing problems.



The residents have complained to Minister KTR. The minister assured that he would solve the problem .the minister asked the Pollution control Board officials to look into the matter.

The PCB officials have directed the gram panchayat officials to remove the dumping yard. The sarpanch has requested PCB to give 1 month time.

Although two months have passed still the dumping yard is not shifted. So finally the residents have decided to approach High Court.
