Dattatreya hails BJP

Hyderabad April 26: Union Minister Bandaru Dattatreya hailed the victory of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in New Delhi civic polls here on Wednesday.

He said that the results were the reflection of the success of Narendra Modi government across India.

The empty, unrealistic promises of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), such as free power and water for all, have been rejected by the people of Delhi, he said.

"The election results support the policies and programmes of Narendra Modi government, and the people have reposed their confidence in the functioning and delivery of promises by Sri Narendra Modi’s government," said Minister

The Minister said the AAP should realise, at least now, that the delivery of promises is important, and that performance is primary. Arvind Kejriwal should immediately stop criticism of and personal vendetta on PM Narendra Modi, keeping in view his failure in governance, the Minister said.
