Training classes for TDP leaders from Tuesday

Vijayawada, October 3: Hard days are ahead of TDP MLAs from Tuesday as their boss and AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is going to fix targets related to development of their respective assembly constituencies in the party workshop.

The three-day workshop will be held at KL University here. Naidu already announced constituency-wise development ratings and presently discussing social tasks. Future targets would be decided after discussing the issue of constituency rating in finance and social tasks at the workshop.

A 10-member committee visited the KL University and Manthena Ashramam, the proposed residence. About 224 members - 175 MLAs and assembly, constituency in-charges and MPs, party state general secretaries, party presidents of 13 districts - were invited for the workshop.

The University's computer lab would be used for imparting technical training. There would be two sessions per day. After the chief orator's lecture, the members would be divided into 10 groups and hold group discussions.

The result of their discussions would be presented. Party senior leader and AP Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu will speak about the special status and special package to the State. Party national general secretary Nara Lokesh will elaborate on membership drive.

Other issues like the State development in two and half years, party strengthening, consequences, leadership qualities etc would come for discussion. After discussing party reaction over special package, its benefits, social tasks, growth rates, targets would be fixed.
