Aasara pensions through Post Offices: Jupalli

Hyderabad April 18: Panchayat Raj & Rural Development Minister Jupalli Krishna Rao informed that the government was providing Aasara pensions to all eligible persons in the State through post office circle, he said here on Monday.

Near about 35 lakh people were getting Aasara pension in the State.The process of the pension will be based on Biometric (fingerprints) or Irish.

Because the old people fingerprints are vanished with increasing of their age so they are chosen the IRISH technology, to identify the person in a unique way.

In the meeting, several ministers had participated, they are Rajeshwar reddy, Ballayya etc..
