KTR urged for skyways from Uppal-Warangal road

New Delhi, April 12: The Telangana Minister for IT and Industries KT Rama Rao has met with the Union Ministers Arun Jaitley, Nitin Gadkari, and VK Singh to discuss various developmental projects in Telangana on Tuesday.

KTR has urged the govt to provide 100 acres of contentment defense land for construction of Skyways. Then Arun Jaitley was positive responded and assured to provide the required things for skyways in Hyderabad.

KTR has been requested Gadkari to take up the construction of the skyway on Uppal- Warangal road with Central funds.

KTR also got a nod for setting up consulate office of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He was assured about the steps for taking up the long-pending Amberpet flyover too.



Gadkari has responded positively on the flyover issue following KTR's assurance that additional cost for the land acquisition. Besides this, the Centre has sanctioned Rs. 248.70 crore for the construction of a flyover from Amberpet to Ramanthapur.

KTR was thanked Gadkari for readily agreeing to allot funds for a flyover to be built at Amberpet to connect Ramanthapur stretch.

KTR said his party MPs Jithender Reddy and B Suman urged Gadkari to provide financial assistance for laying roads in their respective parliamentary constituencies.
