KCR KIT with Siricilla Saree

Siricilla, April 11: As we know that, The Telangana Chief Minister had introduced the scheme, which entitled as KTR Kit to mothers and newborn babies.The scheme will be implemented on the state formation day June 2.

KCR had announced that,Rs.2000 worth of KCR kit consists diapers, a mosquito net, and mattress, cosmetics like johnson baby soaps, moisture oils and shampoos for baby.For Mothers Mysore sandal soaps and two sarees, one plastic bucket and one bag will be given to them.

As part of the scheme, The govt has given the Saree contract to the Siricilla workers of Telangana State Handloom Weavers Cooperative Society (TSCO) on Monday.



The contract Business has the worth of Rs 12 crores of order.Nearly 40 lakh meters of cloth will be needed for sarees.In the first segment, it will release 50,000 sarees to society.The scheme will be benefited for 6 lakh of women in the state.

The handloom order will be helpful to create the employment to a lot of handloom workers.

According to sources, The scheme will be limited for name only because of the negligence of dealers, who are involved in the contract and does n't give sufficient salaries to the workers.
