Water ATMs will expand in city

Hyderabad, April 04: The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation(GHMC) has decided to provide water ATMs in Hyderabad to avoid the water scarcity in summer vacation. This proposal also welcomed by the all Political circles.

The project will be helped the poor people and satisfies the need of thirsty.It has already implemented in several areas, now The govt has planning to expand the water ATM across the whole cities.

The idea has been propelled on the lines of cash dispensing automated teller machines (ATMs) of banks along with the Rs 5 meal scheme in Telangana.



1 litre purified drinking water will be provided all over the city at the cost of Rs. 1 at the water ATMs. To overview the implementation, GHMC has been planning to send team members to places such as Pune, Ghaziabad, and Delhi where the system is already in function.
