April 04: Do you know, many of us will stay away from our smartphones! Exactly 3-and-half minutes. This seems to be shocked, but it's true. Among every 5 members, 4 of them have been struggling with No Mobile Phobia (Nomophobia).

In that, most of them are youngsters and the problem had become a major issue in the metropolitan cities like Hyderabad which is rapidly increasing day-by-day.

According to the survey conducted by American organization,

66% - Nomophobia sufferers

70% - Women sufferers

61% - Men sufferers

77% - 18-26 age-group sufferers

This is the generation of mobiles. Whatever may be the work, the mobile has to be kept beside. Right from elders to small kids, this is the situation. Selfies, Whatsapp, facebook....@twitter. Everyone are being involved in their own world. Even if you are doing any work, within the fraction of seconds, they'll be checking their mobiles.

Some of them carry their mobiles even into their washrooms also. They feel that they could die when they have to stay away from their Smartphones. If there was no any sound also, thinking that mobile has been ringing. Checking out the SMS conversations each and every time.

If you got a call feeling tensed, what the other person would say, Is it good news (or) bad news and finally thrown into the stress. This is what 'Nomo phobia' which is faced by 4 among 5 members.

Symptoms...

(i) It is very easy to identify the Nomophobia sufferers. They start roaming here and here if they couldn't find their mobiles. They seem to lost something and never like to switch off their mobiles.

(ii) Checking too much, for the reply from others and if the battery becomes low, they feel stressed. There will be no clarity on what they speak. They wish to spend lonely if they could have everyone.

(iii) When compared to elders, youth are more in number who are struggling with Nomophobia.

(ii)As a process of survey, all of their mobiles were hidden and given laptops and puzzles to solve something they could. But exactly, after 3-and-half minutes they started searching their mobiles and in result their heartbeat started to increase.

Identify....

(i) People of this Phobia sufferers do feel that the other person who called them gonna say something bad which they couldn't accept, but it's wrong says experts.

(ii) Always think that mobile is only for communication purpose and never be negative-minded about the information you gonna receive. Think before how to start and how to end the call before attending the call.

(iii) If you feel it as going-on-communication just say Okay...Okay, that's it The other person feels that you are busy and will end his call.

Follow and implement:

(i) All you have to do is reduce your smartphone usage so that you'll never struggle with the Nomophobia. The first and best thing is...Try to reduce the activeness in all social media networks like Facebook, twitter, Facebook and maintain limit.

(ii) Identify those applications which are most essential to you and uninstall the scrap and maintain just 1 (or) 2 applications.

(iii) Enable the mobile data as far as you need, disable as soon as you complete the work. And in the result, you'll get to know that mobile should be used only for communication purpose.

(iV) Take a diversion from your mobile and spend the time with your friends. If it isn't possible to go for Yoga and meditation. So, that you can spend time for yourself in a day.

(v) They forward step has to be taken by parents through which they can observe their kids. It will be better, First, you start implementing and then instruct your kids.

Doctors advise:

(i) People struggling with pressure and stress have been increasing day-by-day. This is because of more addiction towards the smartphone. 40-60% are the sufferers of this major issue.

(ii) Not only Youngsters but also elders, kids, teenagers all are the sufferers of Nomophobia.

(iii) Change in lifestyle (or) loneliness is what making everyone addicted to the mobiles. There should be an awareness of what if there is a much usage of
mobiles, then only there will be a change in the society.

(iv) Slowly start avoiding mobiles 1hour/day and then 2 hours following that as far as it is concerned.

Suggestions:

Technology development - easy communication is a great thing to feel. But it seems to be tough when you come across to know the radiations which are caused by the mobiles and eye-sight also cancer tumors will start developing in the body.

We mankind creates everything for our better life, okay. But, never the things created by us shouldn't disturb our lives.

People of today's generation are not so that much of close to hearts as people of 10-20 years back.

Loneliness gives you nothing, but relation gives you everything.
